Donna Sergi • June 26, 2020

I am so excited to welcome patients back into the office as of early July. In accordance with CDC guidelines, the following precautions will be in effect:

  • All staff and patients are required to wear masks at all times while in the office
  • Social distancing guidelines will be followed
  • Only one adult per treatment room will be allowed
  • Only children who are patients are allowed in the office. One adult will be permitted in the room with a child.
  • Anyone accompanying a patient (other than a parent accompanying their child) must wait outside the office
  • Hands should be sanitized prior to entering the office
  • All supplement pickups will be on a call ahead basis if you don't have an appointment. The office number is (718)375-4355
  • Please do not make an appointment if you don't feel well
  • Please cancel your appointment if you don't feel well

Due to limited office hours, I will be unable to transition all patients into the office immediately. If I cannot see you in person or you prefer not to come to the office, I will still offer remote sessions by telephone.
