  • What is Nutrition Response Testing?

Nutrition Response Testing is based on the fact that your body knows what’s wrong with it. It is a precise, scientific technique that finds the underlying cause of your health-related symptoms and allows us to determine what nutrients and/or lifestyle changes your body needs to restore its balance.

  • What should I expect on my first visit?

The first visit takes approximately 30 minutes. After filling out a health history form, Dr. Sergi will review your main health concerns and goals before performing a physical assessment. The nutrition response testing assessment is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of your health-related symptoms.

  • What happens after my assessment?

After your assessment you’ll be scheduled for a report of Dr. Sergi’s findings. In this appointment, she will review if you’re a Nutrition candidate, how long it will take to heal, how often you should come in, costs, a review of dietary and lifestyle modifications, and whole food supplement recommendations.

  • How long does it take to see improvement?

Results can vary because everyone’s healing capacity is unique. Improvement may be seen in just a few days after starting a program or may take a few months.

It is important to recognize that a feeling of improvement does not mean the cause of your symptoms has been corrected entirely. Most people require 6-18 months to fully correct the the underlying cause of your health concern.

  • What is so unique about our program?

First, we get to the cause of your problem naturally, safely, and effectively. We do not cover up the symptoms. We use organic whole food concentrates that supplement your dietary and lifestyle changes. This can speed recovery in ways where dietary and lifestyle changes alone may take longer to heal and recover. Once the cause is corrected, your symptoms will not return.

  • Can children partake in our Nutrition programs?

Yes! Everyone can benefit from better nutrition and support.

  • What other techniques do we use to help patients?

We utilize chiropractic care as well as specific exercise programs in addition to Nutrition Response Testing. Since everyone is different we design a very unique program for each individual. If an individual needs services that we do not provide. We can refer to one of our many trusted healthcare providers that we have a trusted relationship with.

  • How does holistic chiropractic care vary from traditional chiropractic?

Traditional chiropractic deals with pain in a specific region of the body. A holistic chiropractor will look at the entire body as a whole to determine what is the underlying cause of whatever pain you may be feeling.

  • How often do I need to get adjusted when I start?

Every person is different and unique. It depends on your age, level of current health, length of time with current problem and ability to heal.

  • If I sign up for a nutrition response testing program am I required to participate in chiropractic care?

It’s not a requirement, but it’s highly recommended because the two complement each other extremely well. Chiropractic takes care of the neuromusculoskeletal component and Nutrition Response Testing takes care of the organ and nutrition component. If you have missing nutrients of your nerves, your muscles and skeletal system will not function to their full capacity.

  • How can going to a chiropractor prevent (or reduce) the frequency of doctor visits?

Chiropractic care can increase one’s immune system, lower blood pressure, and increase your ability to handle stress, among other things - and all without drugs. Chiropractic care allows the nervous system to function optimally. Since the nervous system controls everything in the body: a well functioning nervous system will create a well functioning body.

  • Do you adjust children? If so, what is the age range?

Yes, we adjust children of all ages, including newborns. The spine does not fully mature until age 18-25. So the younger someone begins chiropractic care, the better the results they’ll see with spinal changes, especially curvatures.
